G at Excellence did an amazing job securing my bumper! He was professional, knowledgeable, and made sure everything was done right. I really appreciate the attention to detail and the quality of the work. Great experience overall, and I’d definitely recommend G and the team at Excellence!

These guys deserve 10 stars… truly! My daughter has two small children, have a Hyundai Tucson and often loaded them and strollers, diaper bags, etc and her liftgate broke. The mount point that holds the auto hydraulics literally snapped off. 3rd party warranty company wouldn’t cover it (despite their diamond plan), the dealership wanted to replace the entire liftgate for $3300. To perform a gate replace at home would cost me $1k for the shell and move all the parts over (likely several days work). The. I called this group. They were amazing. Went picked the car up, fixed the mount point, re—attached the hydraulics, recentered the lifegate, and reprogrammed the gate auto lift… all for < $500. Saves me a small fortune, did it fast, and kept me in the loop daily. Sooo happy with the results, the service, the care, and this is what good treatment of customers looks like. They have earned a customer, even from Arlington. I’ll drive 30+ miles to take future repairs to these guys!

My experience was incredible from start to finish, the team took care of my insurance claim and went above and beyond helping set up my rental car and speaking with the claims adjuster. My car was returned in impeccable condition & you could tell that they took their time and take pride in their work. Would highly recommend for your collision needs!

Excellence Auto did a great on my SUV. Everything looked great. The only concern I had was that I was quoted one price, but then told another price after I had dropped my car off for repairs. The price jumped an extra $700. If someone didn't have the extra funds, it would've been a pain to pick the car up and go elsewhere. Again, the body work was beautifully done and they cleaned my car. I added a before and after pic.

Outstanding service!!! Jesse and the Excellence team are a class act. Was rear ended and big chain facilities did not want to repair my vehicle. Called Excellence auto and talked to Jesse and G. From the moment I talked to them I felt at ease. Dropped off my car and they went to work. Found items that the other body shop did not find and they communicated well with my insurance company where everything was approved. The attention to detail and quality of work were nothing short of amazing. I also asked them to touch up some chips and scratches not related to the accident and they made that happen as well. Communication was outstanding and they were upfront and honest. They made me feel like I was more than a customer/client. They are a family owned business and you can see that they place a an emphasis on family values. They will be my go to shop for all my body/paint work on all my cars. Do not hesitate to do business with them. You will not regret it!!!! I cant thank them enough for the amazing work they did to get my Audi A5 looking great again!!!!
